Our electrical maintenance can provide an annual emergency lighting maintenance service, complete with a survey, logbook in the form of spreadsheets complete with numbering systems and information relating to all light fixtures & fittings, invertors, batteries, etc, drawing layouts (CAD & PDF) for all floors/spaces required.

We currently have rolling contracts with our clients, providing swift monthly reports which indicate any issues found and generate quotations for the rectification works required, with a prompt return visit from our electrical engineers on confirmation of rectification works.

We also offer assessments for compliance, design works if required and full installations covering basic systems, self-test, monitoring, central battery systems depending upon your individual requirements.
